Kitchen splashback tiling

We want to tile our kitchen with 120mm x 65mm subway tiles, which we already have. There are three areas - two splashbacks at the backs of benchtop all the way around (5 tiles high) and the whole height behind the hob (1m wide x 75cm high). This totals a little under 2.5 sq. m. and around 180 tiles. The splashback areas which were previously tiles are smooth enough to be retiled, while the GIB behind the hob is a bit too rough and will be cut out and replaced before the job is started. We're looking for quotes and timescale; please make clear where you are based as we'd prefer a tiler local to Rangiora if possible.
