Kitchen wall tiling

We need work done to remove a approx. --- glass splash back and then to add tiles across our bench. Total tiling area to tile is approximately 5700 wide by 780 high with a window of 600 x 1600 in the middle of this space that will need to be tiled around. The tiles we have chosen are Artisan Rose Mallow Gloss 6.5x20 from Tile Space: --- / As this is in our kitchen and behind the sink we would like this to be well water proofed and for the grouting to be sealed afterwards to avoid future staining. We plan on putting a shelf above the tiles on the wall above the sink with a future lighting stipe under this lighting up the tiles and the bench. If we need to have this planned with an electrician before the tiles go on please let us know.
