Tiling floor of chimney and filling in brickwork holes

We are wanting the base and base side edges of our chimney floor tiled -including and/or excluding the middle section of floor depending on durability and recommendation of tiles verses heat. We also require the 'gaps' in the brickwork in the inside of the chimney filled/plastered with a heat resistance concrete or something similar to even out the inside surface (see pics). Ideally we would like tiles included in quote-looking for matt black in colour w black grout. Base for tiling is 160 long, 124 wide and 7.5cm high. Inside walls for concrete/heat resistant 'plastering' are 73w & 80cm high x 2. Thanks
