Kitchen/Dining room tileling

Hi have a Kitchen and Dining room about 14 square meters. I require a floor tiler to lay my tiles, The floor is concrete and I hope to have the lino liftted , benches and carpet removed before the tiler starts. I require a start date the second or third week in January 2018. I have a closed in shed available to use if the weather is adverse at this time.
