Tiling to prevent water damage in kitchen

We have a house in Papamoa and in the kitchen there is currently a white tiled splash back behind the stove. We would like to extend the tiling behind the kitchen sink to prevent water seepage down the back off the unit. Please quote the supply and installation of matching tiles to fit between the benchtop and under the window, from the pantry on the left to the corner wall on the right, as pictured. The result must prevent water damage to the wall and units. Please also advise your availability to do this project in May. Thank you.
