Tile Repair

I have a shower that requires a tile to be pulled out and replaced at a new angle to stop water from staying in the corner. I also require two other tiles to be pulled out and replaced due to a water leak underneath, in order to stop potential mould. If you are also good with grouting/silicon application, I require re-silicon of two small bathrooms where they have used mastik which is rockhard and difficult to remove...but need replacing. May be hard to quote, so happy with an hourly rate. Also happy to buy materials if need be. Thanks
