Renovation of my bathroom and separate toilet

I want to renovate my bathroom. The present acrylic shower will be removed as will the present bath and vanity unit. Removal and rebuilding work will be done by registered tradespeople. I need the floor, size 3.000 x 1.800 and two walls, size 3.000 x 2.400 and 1.800 x 2.400 waterproofed prior to laying the tiles. I want to tile the floor of the toilet, size, 2.040 x 880. Both floors are concrete based.
