Kitchen splash-back/wall Tiling

We wish to have the kitchen wall area behind the stove (splash-back) and the wall area either side tiled. The extent of tiling is from the benchtop to the overhead cupboards. Area would be approx. 600mm (H) x 2500mm (W). Power points will be installed on the wall area in approx. 2 weeks time. We would then like to have the tiling done some time in February.
