Top floor tiles

Hi. I need a small area tiled in the kitchen along the back of bench, which runs behind the sink and cook top, this area is 3 meters length and .38cm high. A 2nd small area is .68cm length and .38cm high as per photos. Looking to have this completed by Tues 14 Dec at the latest. Open to suggestion on what size tiles. Thanks
