Kitchen & X2 bathroom splash back

Please see photos attached. We would like an estimate of cost before a site visit to quote please. New kitchen bench has been installed & tiles were removed at the same time. The range hood will be replaced too. As can see in the photos, the previous tiles made a mess when being removed so will require bogging up - please include in cost. Kitchen tile measurements: Cooktop wall = 750mm high x 2000mm wide Sink wall = 3 parts: RHS above bench: 262mm high x 470mm wide LHS above bench: 262mm high x 785mm wide Under windowsill: 83mm high x 2042mm wide The Bathroom and Ensuite vanity & mirror will be replaced with new ones, need replacement tiling for above the new vanities. Bathroom & Ensuite tile measurements: 120mm high x 900mm wide. Subway tile, light grey grout, we will source the tiles. Thanks in advance!
