Re-grouting a shower

Our shower tiles need checking for leaks and a possible re-grout or a seal. The shower tile sizes are: shower floor 395 x 395mm, shower walls 197 x 197mm. Height of tiling is x 10 tiles. Depth of shower wall is 980mm. Width of shower is 238mm and the floor is 238mm x 980mm. There is also a shower step or nib wall which is 80mm H x 108mm width x 238mm length. We would also want to have the bathroom floor seals checked that run along the bedroom side wall with the possibility of a replacement.
