Wooden floor is being damaged by water from shower so decided to lay tiles on bathroom floor. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. There are two pieces of timber that are showing signs of rot - this timber is leading into shower on both sides. Unsure whether the timber needs replacing before or after tile work?
