Shower over bath probably leaking

Hi, the tiles on our wall have started to discolour, they have become quite dark and I think water is getting in behind. The grouting looks like there are small cracks. We may need to completely re-tile (in which case we will install a new shower head at the same time, and change the style). Would appreciate your advice on work to be done and a quote. Ignore the expected cost below as I have no idea how much this would be.
