Re-tiling 3.0sqm laundry (laundry tub will be removed) and 1.8sqm of toilet (toilet will be removed) Existing tiles have been uplifted. Floor is particle board, tile and slate board needs to be installed. Laundry tiles are 900x150mm and the toilet tiles are 600x300mm.. Small amount of sanding in toilet to remove old glue.
