Shower regrout

Greetings. We have a walk-in tiled shower with a base that is 1840 x 780. It was tiled 10 years ago and I’ve resealed around the base once since then. The walls of the shower are still fine but the grout on the base, and the sealant, are both worn/damaged and need replacing by someone who really knows what he is doing. Can anyone help please? Photo of the whole shower base and a detail of the most degraded part are attached.
