Install floor tile in bathroom - Woodville

Install 33x33cm floor tiles in an approx 3.3m2 bathroom. Current bathroom has vinyl flooring on top of hardwood floor. May need floor prep - tiler to advise. Toilet is on a concrete slab. Vanity doesn't need to be removed. Owner to supply tiles. All other material to be provided by tiler, including trimming. Dimension: floor area is 1.3x2.3, with a small 160mm wide strip (of length 1.7m).
