tiling - measure up, remove carpet, lay tiles

Initial job is to measure up and quote for carpet/lino removal, then for tile installation Once i have the measure up i can confirm which tile I'm going with. looking at terracotta hex tiles, and a couple other options. Actual job will be to remove carpet and lino then lay tiles. As I will be living here i think this may need to be room by room - to discuss. 3bed house approx 100sqm. house plan is available
