EQC tiling of shower floor

I got two cracked tiles, in shower floor. Need these replaced or the whole shower floor replaced and made water tight again pls. Will need a quote for EQC first. In Rolleston area. Shower is 3 years old, am trying to see if we can find replacement tiles, assume we can. Thanks!
