Tiling a Kitchen floor

We have a kitchen with an old vinyl floor. We have approx 200 tiles (310mmx310mm) we would like to use to extend the tiling from the hall way through the kitchen. This includes a pantry. The kitchen is approx 5m by 4 m, however due to its L shape it is less area than 20 sq meters. We would ideally like to see it completed within the next month.
