Very small tiling job behind vanity

Hi have large glossy white tile needs cutting down to fit behind vanity, have the metal strip which also needs cutting. Tile shop suggested "no more nails" to put in single tile, no grout required. Then use silicon sealer at vanity upstand. Not a big job at all but hoping someone can help. Thankyou
