Kitchen tile cracked

I have two large kitchen tiles that have cracked and a further one I the bathroom which I have a preexsisting tile to replace it. Can anyone help we have been given the run around and just want to get it fixed. I have a claim number for insurance should no matching ones be able and the floor need to be replaced. Please someone genuine be available! We are out at Rolleston. Thank you
