Tile repairs

Straightforward remove and replace cracked tile in fire place surround. Re-grout tiles surrounding bath as grout has fallen out and tiles are only just holding in there especially on corners. Painter and decorator looked at it and said it was a shoddy DIY job in first place but think a quality repair could see it through a few more years.
