Hi, Looking to place property on the market and there are a few small jobs required. 1/ replacing a white broken bathroom tile; 2/ indoor entrance to house is tiled and there is a small gap between skirting and tiles that needs grouting (very small) result of EQ's; 3/ Minor EQC work not completed from SOW 1/2011 i.e fill gap/crack between hallway door & garage with epoxy filler; 4/ from SOW also, adjust/lift aluminium laundry door which catches when opened (door leads from garage to outside) 5/ aluminium door leading out of dining room to patio also catches - needs adjusting; 6/ two holes in garage that need plastering (as a result of car pushing an object like a bike into the wall causing the plaster gibbing to break. Overall not big jobs but needing to be fixed for aesthetic purposes..
