Shower & Toilet wet room tiling

I am building a sleep out which will have a shower, toilet, wash basin room. The room will be 1200 x 3800 with the shower to be positioned at the end of the space, toilet against the wall in front of it, handbasin adjacent to the toilet on the same wall and opposite the handbasin probably a cavity slider door. I need a quote and specs to provide council in the first instance for tiling and water proofing the space to allow for a walk in shower. I expect to have a glass shower wall/door separating the shower from the toilet area but want to use the wall tiles as the shower sides rather than installing a shower cubicle in the space. Note I haven't sourced or identified tiles yet. As this is an owner build project I may engage a tiler to just do the waterproofing and leave the tiles to me if that is allowable under building regs.
