Cottage entranceway

This is a small job involving the replacement of the existing lino tiles with proper tiles. Although small, the job has to be done. Please see 'bird's eye' view photos of the area to be tiled. We also seek advice on the selection of the tile to be used. Some urgency attaches to the laying of the tiles. We would prefer a lump sum price for the job.
