One extra row of tiles as splash-back in kitchen

Universal Homes put a narrow row of tiles against the wall, but it is not sufficient as a splash-back. They left a box of tiles (13 sheets of mosaics) in the garage. I want those to be put up on the wall to be a more effective splash-back. According to my measurements, the 13 sheets of mosaics should be just enough to cover the whole area above where they put the narrow (2 x mosaics) row of tiles. The photos attached should give you an idea ow what the kitchen looks like. Note: there are two areas where wall sockets are "in the way" and you'll have to tile around them.
