Finishing off some tiling

This is a quick job to finish off some tiling in our bathroom. Unfortunately our bathroom person died and was unable to finish the tiling. We just need one row of tiles added around the top edge of the tiles, and a silver strip to finish it off. If you have skills to affix a large mirror on the wall that would be amazing also.
