Fix leak between tiles and relay tiles.

Have a few tiles in the bathrooms that have just started to have water come up between them, could be a pipe from the sink/shower that runs beneath (concrete foundation). Looking for someone to lift tiles, fix pipe and concrete and relay/ grout tiles. Area affected is only about 8 tiles (they about 15cm X 15cm tiles(i think, not measured, just guestimate).
