Marton Kitchen Wall Tiles

I have a house in Marton and I’m looking to get my kitchen splashback reworked. It currently has a small section of white square tiles above the sink and a section of white subway tiles behind the cooktop (shown in the first 2 photos). I was wanting to remove the white square tiles and extend the white subway tiles out further for a more finished look (digital mockup shown in the last 2 photos). I have all the tiles on hand (white subway and black capping tiles) and remember that the grout used was Mapei Cement Grey. If you’d be able to give me a quote/time estimate on when you might be able to make this happen, that would be awesome.
