Remove, Lay undertile and relay new tiles

Hi there, We would like to have undertile heating done on an existing tiled floor. The tiles would need to be removed, and disposed and new tiles laid after laying underfloor heating and screen/compound. The tiles are square --- , and the area is 2mX2m, so 4 sqm. Can organize electrician and plasterer at our end to connect wiring. Please see photos attached. Please note that we are not looking for cheap but for a tradie who can stand by their work, and would like the work completed through the site, so if we are in touch, we would have reviewed your work and feedback before doing so, so please submit a quote through the site, thank you.
