Bathroom tiling above vanity and optional exterior mortar repair

Main job: I recently replaced the flooring in the bathroom and took the opportunity to replace the ageing vanity unity. However, the new vanity is not as tall as the previous one and so there is a gap in height of about 35mm between the vanity and the mirror (see photo). The length of the vanity is 900mm. I have already bought some small tiles (see sample in photo) from tilespace . The tiles will need to be cut to fit the height and may potentially need some sort of capping at the end. So looking for a tiler to undertake this work. Additional optional job (if you are able to provide this service): I also need a small repair job on the exterior brickwork of the house. Between a couple of the stone blocks the mortar has deteriorated and needs to be refilled (see photo) and there are a couple of other smaller spots. I understand from builders that I have had through for other work that it likely was a former wasp nest. So looking to repair these few gaps/holes with hopefully a colour match as close as possible. Note the tiling job is the main requirement for this overall job. However, tradies that can additionally do the exterior mortar repair will be viewed more favourably in choosing the successful bid.
