Keith's son Scott does the majority of the work and he is an excellent tiler. No complaints, well done Scott. Keith is very difficult to deal with e.g. the job was estimated to take 3 days, it took 6,Keith said he was going to get some wood and would be back within the hour, he did not come back at all that day. There were extra costs that he did not discuss. Keith's workmanship is sloppy, unlike that of his son.
