A bridge to far....Bathroom floor

Need to redo bathroom floor as tiles failed to stick and I have just run out of steam/time. 4.3 square meters. Water proffing will need to be repaired. 1. Remove the thinset. 2. Repair waterproofing. 3. Relay tiles/grout and seal. We have the tiles, grout mix and sealant. But will need new thinset mortar. I will remove all the tiles and remove most of the thinsetmotar that I can.
