Tile hearth

We are in the process of getting our insert fireplace replaced and would like a new tiled hearth. We would like a quote in relation to removing the old tiles and laying new ones and a quote for just laying new ones. We also need to know what type of tiles we need to buy (ceramic, porcelain etc). The current surface of the hearth appears to be slightly higher in some places so this may need to be levelled out.
