Tile splash back

I have a 3.85m2 splash back, pictures included. The splash back will cover to the ceiling above the range hood, up to the wall cabinets and then above the sink is up to the windowsill. We are removing the subway tiles already there. The tiles are small rectangular tiles about half the width of the subway tiles already there. Apologies for the poor quality pictures, my phone camera is pretty terrible. We're looking for quotes for labour and materials. Thanks so much
