Bathroom/Tiled Shower enclosure

We need someone to give us ideas on what to do with our disaster tiled shower enclosure. Long story short, the shower mixer had been leaking into the wall, floor tiles had to be pulled up to replace the rotten floor. The bathroom has been tiled approx. 10-15 years ago. Probably looking at retiling the existing shower enclosure, (and maybe a quote for tiling the rest of the bathroom as well.)
