Tiling lip

I have an area already tiled where the rain is coming over the tiles into the garden and drowning my hedge. I need some sort of tile lip put on top of existing tiles to divert the water down the stairs. It is about 5 meters long. I have some existing tiles but probably not enough however I can source more or if you have a better idea of how to stop the water happy to hear. Ive put some plastic in front temporarily see photo which will give you an idea of what is needed.
