The quality of the work was very poor (uneven tiles, grouted too quickly leading to grout staining, missing grout, uneven/untidy grout & silicone, silicone smudged over tiles, scratched trim). I don’t think he is a trained tiler and he had to do several more visits to remedy everything. On the positive, he was a really nice guy and communication was excellent. He was desperate to put it all right, and offered to redo it all. He also discounted the fee.

"We sincerely apologize for the dissatisfaction and all the inconvenience caused. We take full responsibility for this job result and we assure that the severe negligence was a one-off occurrence.
In addition to repairing mistakes and offering to redo the whole wall, the entire work in the kitchen won’t be billed even a cent. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that such a mistake does not occur in the future. Negligent installers will no longer be used.
