Floor Tiles and other fixes

Hi, We have got a rumper room and small laundry room downstairs which got flooded during the recent weather event and it has got a laminated floor along with a wooden wall and brick wall. Water went under the flooring and created a few issues with the wooden wall as well Hence I am looking for a few things - Replace laminated flooring with tiles and waterproofing etc so any further event can be managed - Wooden walls and brick to be covered with tiles up to a reasonable height Room size is around 30m2 I guess
