Tiling two bathrooms in Browns Bay

There are two jobs in the same house: 1. The downstairs bathroom needs tiling around the bath - this is front and around the bath. I have the tiles, the job is cutting and fitting. The area is approximately 1800 x 800 and requires a cut-out for the spout and valve. It will require the tile edging along the front and the top of the tiles. 2. The upstairs bathroom needs the floor tiled. This requires tiles to be supplied, and requires cutting and fitting. The tile underlay is in-place, and the area is approximately 1600 x 2800, minus the shower cut-out. For both jobs there is no skirting - the tiles need to fit flush to the existing tiled floor downstairs, and flush to the wall upstairs. The upstairs job also needs the tiles cut to fit the door recesses.. I'm flexible on hours as I'm working-from-home, and I am happy to pay for a quality job.
