We are looking to replace our tiled kitchen floor. The area is roughly 5.2m squared. Replacement maybe re-tile or vinyl. We would like a quote for both replacement types. The existing floor tiles have been "drummy" and cracked in places for some time. A recent water leak from a broken dishwasher has resulted in some of the grout becoming dislodged and it has rapidly deteriorated. Some of the tiles now have significant rocking movement and are cracking and breaking. Current floor uses approximately 80 (25cm square) tiles. [46 are whole tiles and the remainder cut or partials.]
