Get rid of horrible tiles and put in new ones

Hi there I need the back and small side of my kitchen tiled and grouted right to the ceiling. There is an existing row of tiles as a splash back between rangehood and free standing oven that needs to be removed first. These tiles have 3 electrical plugs in them as well.
