Renovate bathroom and shower room (2 rooms)

Bathroom: Put in new pedastal sink, put up mirror tiles and ceramic tiles on part of wall, replace side of bath possibly with tiles or wood, put up cabinet above sink. Remove old wall hanging cabinet and fix up wall where cabinet was. Fit lino or tiles on floor. Some small electical work possible. Part of walls to have white lining replaced. Shower: Remove old laundry shute and replace hole in floor, reline shower and the rest of the room, replace shower tray, fit tiles or lino on floor. No plumbing required here.
