Laundry Tile Backsplash

We are looking at tiling our laundry. We have 14 sheets of a hexagon tile already that we would like to use. I have attached a photo of the space, as well as the tile we have in a friends house (we would want black grout). The backsplash is roughly 1060mm and 620mm in width. The tile size is 250mm x 250mm, so wanting to go two tile sheet high (very rough estimates).
