Replacement shower

Remove existing shower cubicle and shower tray 1m x 1m. Remove existing electric towel rail and make good. Provide waterproof membrane to walls if necessary. tile 3 wall and floor using existing waste to new shower 1.2m x 1m. modify plumbing to suit. Provide and install Felton Willo II Rain, anti scold thermostatic bar shower mixer, or similar. 550mm wide fixed gazed pane, 600 mm inward opening glazed door with towel bar. Heated towel rail w 430 x d 112mm x h 1100mm fixed to outside of fixed glazed panel
