Tiled deck maintenance /repair

We have a small apartment ( 114) at The Sands ,Tahunanui NELSON. The tiled deck is 20 years old. The Body Corporate have had the decks independently inspected and reported the remedial work that the individual owners need to arrange & pay for. I have the detailed report. In summary the work required is to replace the old Beige silicone seal around the perimeter and re-grout a small area of cracked grout. A deep clean of the tiles and existing grout is also required. The existing grout may require resealing too. The work needs to be completed by 31 March. We are onsite 31Jan-14feb, then 28feb -28mar.On completion I need to be able to produce a detailed invoice of the work done to the Body Corporate as proof of defect remediation.
