Toilet & Ensuite Tiling

I am wanting to tile my toilet and ensuite. Will be putting in 30x60 tiles. As I do not want both toilets out of action at the same time I would like two site visits. My plan is I have the tiler come in on a Tuesday to tile the toilet and then the Thursday the same week to tile the ensuite. Vanities and toilets will be removed prior to tiling. Ideally I would love to start this the week of 5th December but I am open to anytime after that date.
