Bathroom tiling and shower leak #2
Job description
Hi, I have two shower floors leaking. I would like the entire floor in one bathroom completely replaced. The shower door no longer closes due to water leaks. There are wall tiles which I am hoping to keep if possible. In the other bathroom I need the shower floor replaced. There is a crack and a tile has started to bulge. It is difficult to tell in the photos as the two bathrooms have the same colour tiles.

The team are very nice to talk to. I had to check their work as they installed a cracked tile with a rough edge which was very noticeable but they were happy to redo it. I was really disappointed at the follow up service. I noticed an issue two days after the guys left with one of the tiles. They said they would come back and fix it and never did. I stupidly paid the remaining account and trusted that they would be back. I have called and text them multiple times and they don't respond.
