Our experience with Max Tiling has NOT been good. Waterproofing etc okay. Grouting is unacceptable - a white salty discharge on grouting & tile staining. Have sent photos illustrating problem. Eric, the owner, has made NO contact, no explanation. “Owner away, sick, too busy”. Tilers dumped wet grouting mix into garden which set. Their 3 year workmanship warranty is worthless. Be aware !

We visited you 4 times after completion.
We visited and wiped the exterior tiles since you complained about the shoe marks.
We sent tilers again then you sent them away for weather condition.
We sent them again then you kicked them out for no reason and requested the boss.
I told you many times that we can not send any tiler till you promise that you will treat them with respect and let them do the job.
You have been trying to control us with a bad review for so long."
