Small bathroom tiling repair

Replace tile andd regrout in the wet area of shower. Possibly only need to replace two tiles. Tiles are to be layed on concrete floor. Might need to be re-waterproofed. I would likecthe work to start on monday 14th of jan. I have the spare tiles on hand. Please contact me if you have any questions
